About Michelle

Michelle Montebello is a writer from Sydney, Australia where she lives with her husband and two children. She is the internationally bestselling author of The Quarantine Station, The Lost Letters of Playfair Street and Beautiful, Fragile.

 

Her books have won numerous awards. Most recently The Quarantine Station and Beautiful, Fragile were shortlisted for the 2019 Australian Romance Readers Association Awards for Favourite Historical Fiction and Favourite Contemporary Romance.

 

She was also shortlisted for Favourite Australian Author of the Year 2019.

 

When Michelle is not writing, she has a keen passion for reading, tennis and travel.
